Of course! For those taking multi-day to multi-week yacht charters, whether you're departing from Seattle or destinations beyond, we'd be more than happy to develop the perfect itinerary for the trip of your dreams or special occasion. Feel free to call or email us anytime to discuss your ideas so we can collaborate on it and ensure we can meet your expectations. Then, once you've reserved the Voyager for your upcoming yacht charter, we will send you a more detailed trip preference sheet to gather information on your desired activities, level of activity, and learn more about any special events you're celebrating. Based on our conversations and your responses, we'll develop a final few options of custom itineraries, complete with options and possible excursions, that we'll review with you before finalizing your trip.
The fee depends on both the length of your yacht charter and time of year, as detailed below:
The yacht charter fee covers the costs for the yacht, trip customization and itinerary planning, base captain and crew costs, internet, water toys, and onboard experience. Additional costs include a) an advanced provisioning allowance of ~30% that covers actual costs for fuel, harbor fees, air/boat transfers, add-on excursions or experiences, food and beverages, upgrade to an award-winning chef, requested additional crew, special decor, interior provisions and cleaning, and b) the typical crew gratuity of 15-20%.
Absolutely! From the moment you land or arrive, we'd be happy to take care of your trip arrangements, from ground or other local transportation (such as a seaplane if needed), to dinner reservations, tickets, and excursions.
Absolutely. We're here to provide you with white glove service that will go above and beyond your expectations. If you need help planning your trip, arranging excursions, getting tickets to local events, getting behind-the-scenes tours, or something extraordinary, we'll do our best to work with you and make it happen!
In addition to all guests clearing Canadian customs with necessary passports and documentation, all trips to anywhere in British Columbia must either originate or end in the United States, such as a trip from Roche Harbor in the San Juan Islands to Dent Island in Desolation Sound. We're happy to work with you to customize an incredible itinerary that will give you the trip of a lifetime.
